Transferring from Another State

Referees with a USSF license may easily transfer from state to state.  The process to transfer your license to Washington state is simple.

Before continuing, are you only in Washington state temporarily?  Do you plan on recertifying with another state but want to also referee in Washington state?  You should consider registering as a Guest Referee instead.

Ready to transfer, then fill out the "Request to Transfer" form.  

Guest Refereeing from Another State

Referees with a USSF license may officiate in any State, however, each State may have a different system in place to validate the license and may require additional safety measures such as background checks. Washington state simply asks that you register as a Guest so assignors can validate your license.
