When you start the WASRC Registration process you will be presented with the website log on page. Click "Create an Account".
Click "Sign Up" on the next page.
On the Welcome page, click "Sign up" to create an account.
On the "Create Your Account" page, enter your email address. If you are a minor (<18 years old), please don't use your parent's email address for yourself. USSF (United States Soccer Federation) requires everyone registered with them have a unique email address. All email that the Washington State Referee Committee (WASRC) sends to a minor, will be copied to the parent/guardian.
Enter your legal first and last name. Not your nickname.
Enter your zip code and date of birth.
Click "Continue"
Create a password for your account. It needs to meet the specific criteria listed on the page. Save the password somewhere.

At this point the website will send a verification code to your email address. Check your junk mail if it doesn't arrive with a minute.
Enter the Verification Code to prove you have access to the email address you entered.
The account you've created is a USSF User account. Now you need to create an OMS account with Washington State Referees.
Your name and email address are already transferred from your USSF account. WASRC needs to know more about you.
If you are a minor (<18 years old), you will be asked for a Parent/Guardian email address. WAReferees.org will always copy the Parent/Guardian on any email sent to a minor.
If you would like online lessons to be presented in Spanish, check the box.
If you know you won't be using Arbiter as an Assigning System, you can Opt Out.
Click "Register"
If you are an adult (>=18 years old) you must agree to a Background Check.
You are now registered with Washington State Referees.
If you want to stop here, you can click on the "Home" link in the top menu bar and you will be taken to your Home page.
However, since you are a new user, you most likely want to Sign Up for a New Referee Clinic.
